Integrated hydraulic rock drill and splitter is an advanced non-blasting rock-breaking equipment that can break very hard rocks. The rock drill and splitter are perfectly combined with the excavator, and the corresponding electro-hydraulic control system is added by using the original power of the excavator, realizing a multi-purpose machine. Integrated hydraulic rock drill and splitter have fast drilling speed, large splitting force, and flexible movement of the whole machine. It can work on any working face from various angles and can effectively cope with various complex construction environments. Unlike other stand-alone rock splitters mounted on an excavator, it does not require an additional rock drill to pre-drill the hole. One excavator can complete the rock drilling and splitting operations. This saves the costly use of a rock drill. There is no need to frequently move the equipment during work, which greatly improves rock breaking efficiency.

Working introduction of drilling and splitting machine
1. After the hydraulic motor is started, the hydraulic high-pressure valve is moved to the working position. In normal operation, there is no need to hydraulically move the high-pressure valve back and forth, and the valve can be stopped in the working position.


2. Place the splitter flat in a clean place, and evenly apply grease (yellow) to the two splitting blocks on the splitting head (the high pressure must be converted into hundreds of tons of mechanical force to achieve a good effect. Generally, it is applied once every three return strokes. If you forget to apply it, it will cause serious damage to the splitting head)


3. Put the splitting head into the pre-drilled hole (the splitting head must be fully inserted into the hole. If the splitting head is outside the hole, it will cause damage to the splitting head), and move the splitter's upper valve clockwise to the working position, and the splitter starts working. The hole depth of the heavy-duty splitter arranged along the difficult-to-split surface is 85-95% of the splitting thickness. The holes should be drilled and arranged in parallel according to the designed hole spacing and hole depth, otherwise the splitting surface will be uneven. It is even difficult to crack, resulting in a significant decline in the quality and rate of rough materials and an increase in the cost of rough material mining. In order to ensure the quality of drilling, reduce the labor intensity of rock drilling and improve the efficiency of rock drilling, rock drilling equipment should be used, such as a slide-type rock drill. Small mines that do not have rock drilling equipment can use a hand-held rock drill to drill holes, but the operator's technical level should be greatly improved.
