Ideal for straight hole applications and fast penetration rate for all kinds of rock formation, button recessed bits are characterized by a unique "Uniface" face design, at present very few factory like us can produce this type of Uniface bit, as this button face is made by digital process centre, not CNC.
The uniface drill bit serieshas excellent performance, high wear resistance and high breakage resistance due to the presence of extra toughness in the cemented carbide. The Retrac and Uniface designs ensure high penetration rates, long service life, and hole straightness. The new uniface design provides superior rock crushing properties and more efficient flushing properties, and assures improved distribution of energy to crush the rock when compared with traditional designs. On the other hand, the retrac design offers superior hole straightness throughout the entire service life of the bit. The uniface bits are used for increasing the productivity, reducing Stoppages, and minimizing the bits costs. They can be used in any rock conditions
